Practical Infos

To facilitate the organization, the registration fees include i) the attendance to the meeting (book of abstracts, coffee breaks), ii) the lodging in the Ol Fosse d'Outh domain (different types of room are available), iii) meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet), as well as iv) the shuttles connecting the airports (Brussels International Airport or Brussels South (Charleroi) Airport) to or from the conference center (*). 

Some of you might want to stay a bit longer in Houffalize, arriving sooner and/or leaving later, to enjoy the attractive Land of Houffalize-La Roche en Ardenne, or due to unsuitable flight schedules.  Several rooms have been booked and the price for each additional night with the meals is 100 €. 

(*) Reaching Houffalize by public transportations is not easy/fast so that a shuttle service has been set up to bring you back and forth from the airport to the conference venue.  The shuttle service will be operating on Wednesday 10th September morning (or very early afternoon) and Tuesday 9th afternoon/evening, from Brussels International Airport and Brussels South (Charleroi) Airport.  This shuttle service will take into account as much as possible your flight schedules.  More information about the meeting point will be given later. The same type of shuttling will be organized at the end of the meeting to allow the participants to get back to the airport.  Note that the arrival to the airport on Saturday 13th will be around 4:00 PM.
